Refund/Exchange

As an online clothing boutique in Tampa, we understand that you may need to swap sizes, or you may have some other issue (though we strive to get every order correct!). Please keep the following in mind for your return and exchange:

Item(s) cannot be refunded or exchange if it was a preorder, tag has been removed, item is damaged, stained, purchased on sale and/or swimwear. Exchange must be for same item or one of the equal value. Return label and shipping cost is at your(customer) own expense. Exchanges must be done within 7 calendar days of receipt.
