Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items not in their original condition (worn, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error) will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your return and process a refund if approved.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For other cases, please follow the return + refund process and place a new order.
