1. Cancelling an Order

  • If your order has not yet shipped and it has been less than 24 hours since the purchase, you may cancel the order free of charge.
  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. After receiving the package, you may contact our customer service team to request a return.

2. After-Sales Service Window

  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • For standard returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from the date your package is marked “Delivered.”

Requests made after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Photos of the item and packaging (recommended for faster processing)

  2. All original tags and labels must remain attached
  3. Items must include original packaging such as dust bags or boxes
  4. Items must be clean and in resalable condition (no stains, odors, or signs of wear)

Items failing to meet these conditions may not be accepted.

For Returns

  2. Provide your order details and return reason
  3. Receive the return address and instructions
  4. Ship the item using a reliable carrier
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  5. Refund is processed within 3 business days after inspection

For Exchanges

  1. Tell us which item, size, or color you want instead
  2. We will check availability and confirm details with you
  3. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer alternative options

6. Refund Time & Method

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds typically reflect within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal payments: Refunds usually appear within 48 hours after processing.

7. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please use a shipping method that provides tracking.
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or unpaid return parcels.

8. Important Notes

  • Custom-made items, intimate apparel, accessories, and clearance products are non-returnable.
  • We are not responsible for returned items that were not purchased from our store.
